Who is responsible
Hopla6 is published by M28 Ventures BV, Brussels (Belgium), data controller under the GDPR. Contact: hello@hopla6.be.
What data
Parent account: email address and password (encrypted). Child profile: first name (or nickname), avatar, track (CEB or Vlaamse toetsen), quiz results. Nothing else: no surname, no school, no photo, no address.
Why
To run the game, show progress to the child and the parent, and improve the questions from aggregated, anonymised statistics (never at the level of an individual child).
Children
The account is created or confirmed by a parent or guardian, in line with Belgium’s digital age of consent (13). Children’s data is never used for marketing.
Advertising and trackers
No advertising. No third-party ad trackers. The public site uses at most cookie-less audience measurement.
Hosting
Data is hosted in the European Union (Base44, European infrastructure). The public site is served by Netlify.
Your rights
Access, correction, export and deletion at any time from the app or by emailing hello@hopla6.be. We answer within 30 days. Supervisory authority: the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
Retention
Accounts inactive for 24 months are deleted. Aggregated statistics cannot identify a person.
